An Adventure In Level Design


Utilising Unity's 3D Game Kit, enabled me to embark on a level design adventure and explore what my take on a 3D plat-former would look like. It also allowed me learn quite a bit about Grey Box Level Design in Unity Game Engine.

Unity's 3D game kit was excellent in that it allowed me to iterate on puzzle ideas quickly and with working game assets straight away. This helped me get a feel for how I wanted the player to experience the Temple setting.

Using large structures (weenies) to direct the players interest and give the player a goal to head to. This should allow the player to re-orient themselves in the world after getting side tracked, and also show the progress through a level the player may be making.
